Partnership: The Heart of Missions at FBC
God has led our church family to embrace an Acts 1:8 strategy for missions partnerships. Our goal is to join Christ where He is working locally, nationally and around the world and to serve our partners through long-term agreements that advance the Gospel and the Kingdom of Christ.
To accomplish this goal we partner with specific gospel-minded organizations locally and missionaries both nationally and internationally.
Aside from these specific partnerships, we also give cooperatively to the Southern Baptist Convention to send missionaries internationally and support church plants and mission work at the local and national level.
Mission Partnerships
FBC Tampa is privileged also to serve a few select partners locally, nationally and internationally. We would love for you to learn more by clicking the following links.
Giving Cooperatively
State, National and International
FBC has a long history of supporting missions locally and around the world by giving generously to the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention. This allows us to participate in missions:
- In Florida through the Florida Baptist Convention
- In North America through the North American Mission Board
- Around the world through the International Mission Board
Tampa Bay
We also are privileged to partner locally with other Southern Baptist churches in Tampa / Hillsborough County by giving financially and of our time and resources to support the work of:
- Pastor Mike Kahn, Director of Missions of the Tampa Bay Baptist Association.
