FBC February Men’s Breakfast featuring Ludwing Villamizar, Church Planter

Join us for Men’s Breakfast on February 17, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. in the dining room as we consider our part in planting churches among Hispanics in Tampa.

Our featured speaker is church planter, Ludwing Villamizar, who is in the beginning stages of gathering a core-team, and seeking God’s direction for launching a Spanish-speaking congregation in the winter of 2019.

Villamizar is a native of Venezuela. He served in West Palm Beach, FL  as a youth pastor for seven years before moving to Tampa, where he served at Idlewild Espanol as pastor of worship for six years.

He is married to Sissi. They have two kids who are already connected with our kids at FBC. The church plant, named aptly Iglesia en Mision (Church on Mission) is meeting regularly at FBC Tampa as a Sunday Morning Core Group in Suite 101 at 9:15 a.m.

We are excited about this partnership, and eager to hear how Pastor Ludwing will encourage our men to lead out in their families and in our city. We hope you will make a special effort to come out and meet him, and to be encouraged in the word.

We will also be looking at our Men’s calendar and discussion two upcoming events: 1) the Johnny Hunt Men’s Steak Dinner at FBCTT on March 23, 2018, and 2) Men’s Camping / Men’s Breakfast at Lakewood Retreat on April 20-21, 2018.
