Hanging of the Greens Everyone is welcome to join us as we prepare the church for the Christmas season! Come for an afternoon of fun and fellowship as we decorate First Baptist Church Tampa on Sunday, November 29th, immediately following the worship service. We'll be hanging wreaths and transforming the church into a festive sanctuary! Lunch will be served, so come enjoy a meal, fellowship, and help us get our church ready to celebrate the Christmas season. We look forward to decorating, serving, and celebrating together!
The Collective on Tuesday nights is a gathering for young adults to worship, dive into the Word, and grow in fellowship. We also host guest Q&A sessions to deepen our faith and understanding. If you're college-aged (18-26), come join us at 7pm as we seek to grow in Christ together!
We offer delicious meals at an affordable price every Wednesday night, making it easy for individuals and families to join our Midweek Ministries. This includes Discipleship Classes, AWANA for children, N1NE youth ministry, and choir practice later in the evening. Our Midweek Ministries are a great opportunity to nourish both body and spirit!
AWANA is a fun and engaging discipleship program for kids that helps them grow in their faith through Bible memorization, interactive lessons, and exciting games. At our church, AWANA meets on Wednesday nights at 6:15 PM, providing a structured yet energetic environment where children can learn about God’s Word, build friendships, and develop a strong foundation in Christ. Our program is designed to equip kids with biblical knowledge while encouraging them to live out their faith in everyday life.
